About
I have a first degree in Biology, but have always had an interest on studying the relationships between the social and natural sciences. For ten years I worked in governmental and non governmental organisations leading environmental and community education programmes, particularly in southern Mexican rural areas (Chiapas and Veracruz). I have a Masters' degree in Education from Manchester University in UK, and a PhD in Development Studies from the University of East Anglia. I am currently a researcher at the Universidad Veracruzana, and teach community sustainable development and adult education at the posgraduate programme in my centre, CITRO.
